14 days to change your mind
The return request can be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Information: Extended return period until January 4th for orders made from December 1st and received until December 21st (La Poste tracking as proof).
State of origin
Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or tried on for a long time (as in jewelry) and on unscented skin.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
→ Earrings (or single-earrings) cannot be taken back or exchanged for reasons of hygiene.
→ Clearly personalized jewellery.
→ Special orders (made at the request of the customer).

If your return request meets all of these conditions then you can make a return request by e-mail and specifying the item(s) you wish to return as well as your order number.
In the event of a request by e-mail, you will receive the postal address for return within 48 working hours (excluding holidays or closing of the workshop announced on the site).

Policy of back
We want to give you complete satisfaction following your order on LOLIDOU.
→ If you change your mind, for whatever reason, you can return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receiving it.
→ You can request a refund or an exchange subject to the following conditions:
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days (14 days) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or to support other costs than the cost of returns.
→ Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.
→ Despite the care taken when preparing your orders, it may happen that the order does not conform to the one you have made (example: article different from that ordered), for this you must notify LOLIDOU by e-mail as soon as possible. as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receipt in order to agree on a solution together.
Special case: If you wish to return an item from an order including a jewel offered from a certain purchase amount, the latter must be returned to us if the amount of the order after return is less than the amount required for the offer.
Special case: If you wish to return an order including a gift card offered for any purchase, during a promotional period, the latter will be deactivated and unusable if the order is returned in its entirety.
To make your return you can use the handwritten form in appendix 1 of the general conditions of sale or make the request to Instants Plaisirs by message using la contact page. Once the latter has been received, you can return (at your expense and with follow-up) your well-protected items in their original packaging to the address that will be communicated to you.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company Instants Plaisirs will refund the sums paid within 14 days of receipt of your return and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
